AFRICA JAPAN HOUSE.

    AFRICA JAPAN HOUSE  was create on 07 august 2000 by a general assembly, and recognized by the Association as Prefect of the Department of Mfoundi under No. 001529/RDA/J06/BAPP of September 14, 2009, giving receipt of the declaration, as under Article 7 of Law No. 90/053 of 19 December 1990 on freedom of association.

               Operation of the organization

                 The bodies of the group are:

                The General Assembly
                The Executive Board

The General Assembly is the supreme body of the group.
- It elects the members of the executive and terminate their function
- It stops the program of activities of the group
- It approves the budget and approves the Group's accounts
- She pronounces the admission or exclusion of a member.
- At the invitation of the Executive Chairman, the General Assembly shall meet in ordinary session at least once a year at the group.
- The Extraordinary General Meeting shall be convened by the Executive Chairman or at the request of at least two thirds of the group.

                       THE Executive Board:

The Executive Board shall lead the activities of the association.
It ensures the proper execution of resolutions, directives and decisions adopted by the General Assembly ...............
The Executive Board consists of:
- A President
- One or more Vice-Presidents
- A general secretariat
- A Treasurer
The Executive Board is elected for a period of two years renewable

                            Executive President.
The President directs and coordinates the activities of the executive. It ensures strict compliance with the commitments and goals of the group. It represents the group in all acts of civil life. He is the organizer of the group's expenses.
- He has signed administrative, social, financial on all orientations, all aspects and in all areas of general and specific activities of the association.
- Appoints and dismisses all employees, including management of all ilk, the organization establishes and implements.
- He signs all mail or by delegation to sign. In the absence or incapacity of the President Executive Vice President or the Secretary General has been acting with all the powers mentioned above.

      TRANSITIONAL AND FINAL PROVISIONS

      For efficiency, the General Assembly may replace one or more members of the executive in the event of failure or disinterest manifest objective of the association by the latter. The General Assembly also decides the exclusion of members of the Association in the event of gross negligence or breach of statutory provisions.
The voting accessibility to all functions of the group is elected by a simple majority uninominal.
Revision or amendment of this Constitution requires the approval of at least two thirds of the group members in general meeting.
The dissolution of the association whose objectives are contained in these articles shall be decided by at least two-thirds of the members at the General Meeting, which takes full effect in this liquidation of the association.
- History, activities and achievements.
The aforementioned Association is an organization for cultural non-profit, permanent, apolitical and non-governmental governed by Law No. 90/053 of December 1990 on Freedom of Association in Cameroon.
